Whole Thandai Mix (100g)
- In many ways, Thandai is special: it’s coolant, it’s a recipe, and it’s an offering to the Gods! You’ll know why when you taste our Thandai Masala Blend.
- There are many ingredients used in this dish including rose petals, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, white pepper, black pepper, cucumber seeds, and watermelon seeds.
- Taking into account the tempering of the ingredients, let’s just assume that the sugar will be mixed with half a liter of milk (or water) overnight, and then use 1 liter of milk and 100 g of sugar to grind the mixture. Serve cold after straining and chilling. Cheers!
- To make the Thandai experience as rich as possible, it is highly recommended to grind this mixture with some almonds.
