Luxipack Refund Policy

Hassle-Free Returns and Replacements

At Luxipack, we strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. While we don't usually accept returns or replacements, we understand that circumstances may arise. If you believe there's a valid reason to return items purchased through our website, such as receiving damaged products, you can initiate a return request on the website or reach out to us at care@luxipack.com within 3 hours of delivery.

Luxipack may, at its discretion, entertain return requests, offering you either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the products or your request.

Replacement: Should Luxipack agree to replace the product, rest assured that the replacement will be of the same description as the original, subject to stock availability.

Refunds: If a refund is in order, Luxipack will process the refund of the purchase price within 7 business days of receiving the returned products. In case of any delays, feel free to contact us at care@luxipack.com.

For a smooth returns process, we'll need a few details from you:

  1. A photograph of the products you intend to return.
  2. The invoice for the purchase.
  3. The original products in unused and undamaged condition.
  4. The original packaging and box of the products.
  5. Ensure product tags, MRP labels, and any other ancillaries remain undetached.

We reserve the right to reject return requests if there are quality issues with the products or if certain products are non-returnable, as indicated in our Terms and Conditions.

Simple Refund Process

Once Luxipack approves the refund, we'll process the original purchase price back to your bank account through approved transfer methods. If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, contact your banking services provider or reach out to Luxipack at care@luxipack.com.

Easy Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No worries. You can request a cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. If approved by Luxipack, any amounts paid for the products will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

Smooth Ship & Delivery Process

For confirmed orders, deliveries will be made based on the address and contact details provided during the order process. Luxipack relies on the accuracy of the information you provide. Deliveries can be made by Luxipack, product partners, or logistics partners, with charges based on location, delivery time, and product nature.
